Constantijn van Oranje leads Techleap.nl, the accelerator for the Tech-ecosystem in the Netherlands. As Special Envoy he is on a mission to turn The Netherlands into a unicorn nation. Constantijn co-founded StartupFest Europe, which is still the biggest start-up event ever organised in the Netherlands.

Constantijn is an expert in topics such as Dutch ecosystem scaling, startup/scaleup funding, talent employment, which makes him a great addition to our 'State of Dutch tech' panel discussion.
Janneke Niessen

Janneke is the founding partner at CapitalT, serial entrepreneur, angel investor, board member, and diversity advocate.

She has started and exited two international technology companies. As the co-initiator of InspiringFifty—an initiative to increase diversity in technology by raising the visibility of female role models—Janneke published The New Girl Code to inspire young girls to pursue careers in technology. Jannekehas been named one of Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year, one of the 10 most prominent angel investors, Most Innovative Leader, and EY Entrepreneur of the Year.

Dr. Derk Arts has more than 10 years of experience in medicine, research and data management. He also founded Castor and launched a platform that enables researchers to easily capture, standardise and integrate data from any source.

Maurice joined Techleap.nl originally to lead the Capital domain, looking at structural ways to increase available funding for Dutch scaleups, and more urgently during Covid. Since November 2019 he has taken the Managing Director role, working with the Techleap.nl team to create a thriving Dutch startup tech ecosystem capable and positioned to grow. Maurice was CEO of Euronext Amsterdam between 2015 to 2019 where he, among others, looked at attracting tech companies to the Dutch market. As the Managing Director at Techleap.nl, Maurice will open this summit with a welcome message and some closing remarks at the end. As he is also an expert in all things funding, Maurice will also moderate the 'Dutch LPs | Why funding tech is worth the risk?' breakout session.

Mark Rutte is the Prime Minister - Minister of the Netherlands, a position he has held since October 2010.

Throughout his career, Rutte has been appointed: the State Secretary for Social Affairs and Employment (22 July 2002 to 17 June 2004), a member of the Lower House for the VVD (January 30, 2003, to May 27, 2003), the State Secretary for Education, Culture and Science (From June 17, 2004, to June 27, 2006), and chairman of the VVD in the House of Representatives (from June 29, 2006, to October 8, 2010).

Crijn Bouman
Co-founder & CEO | Rocsys
Crijn Bouman has a 15-year track record in the EV charging industry. In April 2019, Crijn started Rocsys together with Joost van der Weijde and Kanter van Deurzen. Rocsys creates autonomous charging solutions for electric vehicles (EV) by combining soft robotics, cutting-edge computer vision, and value-added services. Rocsys autonomous charging ensures that charging an EV is reliable, seamless, and cost-effective.

Previously (2005), he founded Epyon Power - focussing on fast charging solutions for the electric vehicles market. The company was acquired by ABB in 2011, and Crijn successively served as VP Product line management for ABB until early 2018.
Sven Bakkes
Founding partner
Sven is one of the Founding Partners of LUMO Fund II an early-stage investment fund. In 2004 Sven was appointed Chief Commercial Officer at an innovative corporate venture of Eneco which he successfully sold in 2007. He decided to join Andy and co-founded iOpener Media, which received a Series A investment of USD 6 million in 2008 from a German VC. In 2011 Sven and Andy sold their shares of the company. After a few quieter years in 2016, Sven started LUMO Labs, first as an angel investor, now as a VC fund.
Marissa de Boer
Founder & CEO | SusPhos
Marissa de Boer is CEO and founder of the sustainable scale-up company SusPhos, founded in 2019. SusPhos has developed a technology to recycle several phosphate waste streams into high quality products, such as flame retardants. Currently the pilot plant is running successfully. Marissa has won several entrepreneurial awards and is currently leading the company in realizing the first full-size factory.

Marissa is joining this breakout to share her experience and perspective on the tech ecosystem in the Netherlands.

Anne has about 17 years of experience in building and strengthening ecosystems for (deep) tech startups and technological innovation. Currently, she is heading the Deep Tech domain of Techleap.nl.

Previously, she has worked for 7 years at YES!Delft to then become a freelance consultant and entrepreneurship expert. She was involved in setting up new initiatives for a range of organisations and triple helix cooperations. She drafted strategic plans, navigated complex environments to drive results, and created an inclusive atmosphere that connects and inspires people to welcome innovation thus creating energy for long-term success.

Frederik Mijnhardt is CEO of Secfi and a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to Secfi, he was the Corporate Development Lead at Karhoo and was a Strategy Consultant for digital transformation projects for Accenture’s Global Strategy division.

As founder of the UUBC start-up incubator, he was awarded the Google Internet Impact Award for groundbreaking research into the intersection of business and technology. He has deep expertise in start-ups, innovation, private equity, corporate strategy, business development, engineering, and product.

Tjarda Molenaar is managing director of the Dutch Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (NVP), a key influencer of public policies affecting venture capital. NVP led sector-wide initiatives to promote a stronger venture capital investment climate in the Netherlands, such as the Seed capital scheme that has been used by over 85 funds since the start, and the Dutch Venture Initiative and Dutch Future Fund that have supported numerous later-stage venture capital funds active in the Netherlands. NVP also coordinates the advocacy for appropriate venture capital regulation at EU and national levels.

Prior to Target Global, Bao-Y worked for Morgan Stanley’s mergers & acquisitions team in London and Sydney, advising corporates in the TMT/financial institutions and industrial sector. Bao-Y started her career in Germany, working for Postbank before moving to London. Bao-Y holds an M.Sc Finance from Imperial College London and a B.Sc in Business Administration from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.

Bao-Y enjoys spending time at the gym. She is also a huge roller coaster enthusiast (she's ridden more than 15 roller coasters and counting), and is not deterred, even by inclement weather.

Robert has been a technology investor and strategist for over a decade. He is proud to have (co) lead Keen's investments in Rescale, Dreamquark, Withlocals, Impraise, Beekeeper, and Crisp. With a network of over 200 sellers and over 30 connected carriers, smart data and algorithms optimize both offering and delivery. From offices in Rotterdam, Valencia, Paris, Liverpool, Lisbon, and Manilla, +200 Helloprinters are working on becoming Earth's largest marketplace for customized print products.

Hans is a serial entrepreneur with 20 years of experience, starting at the very beginning of e-commerce in the early '00 years. Besides founder and CEO of Helloprint, Hans is supporting various startups as an advisor or investor. Hans is active in the Dutch and regional Rotterdam ecosystem.
