Arosha has over a decade experience in the private, public and non-profit sectors, where she led projects relating to innovation, digitalization and new ways of working. Her research led her to launch Quan in early 2020, a wellbeing software– where the mission is “to place wellbeing at the heart of success”. Quan was the first female-founded startup from the Netherlands to be accepted into the prestigious accelerator Y-Combinator in 2022. To date, Quan has raised 1.8m Euro from a mix of US and European institutional investors, impact funds and prominent Angel investors.
