Fleur Melkert first formative years of experience in the field of recruitment are rooted in running her own recruitment agency. On a mission to ensure equal opportunities in hiring, she went on to become the Co-Founder & CCO of the hiring software company Equalture. Fleur founded Equalture together with her twin sister Charlotte and are now helping world's leading enterprises hire better and fairer with Equalture. Based on science and objective data instead of gut feeling and assumptions.
