Cassandra is responsible for amplifying and advancing Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) at Reaktor globally. Her focus is on building and implementing a DEI strategy that empowers everyone at Reaktor to embed DEI into their work. Since her appointment in 2022, she has launched Reaktor's first global DEI survey and strategy, the Reaktor Fundamentals of DEI training, as well as tailored DEI consulting for key stakeholders.
