Johanna Spiller was born and raised in a small village in the south of Germany. In 2014, she decided to make the Netherlands her forever home.
She’s the CEO of Alyx and she’s proud to be part of the professional journey of the female tech talents. Having worked in IBM for several years, she knows what it’s like to be a young woman in the tech world, which made her an advocate for gender equity. Two companies she started, Klapstoel Academy and Team Alyx, support young women in the first years of their careers because she believes that gender synergy in business is needed to create great products.
When not at work, she spends time with her husband and their two greyhounds Honey and Oliver, or hangs out with friends at a bar like she’s still 19 (which she always regrets the next day).
