Eva is the co-founder of CapitalT, an early stage venture capital fund investing in software technology companies in Europe. She’s invested in over 20 companies in the area of climate, education and the future of work. She has a scientific background - a PhD in from VU University and Berkeley and spent over a decade studying the effects of entrepreneurial team composition on startup performance. Her work is published in scientific journals and Harvard Business Review.
